QZB-900D Automatic Packaging Machine
Automatic packaging for 5-25 kg laminated woven bags, with recipe based changeover and continuous bag feeding.
The QZB-900D automates weighing, bag feeding, filling, sewing and discharge for rice and other granular materials in 5-25 kg bags. It handles specified double-sided laminated woven bags, including flat, gusseted and rigid handle styles. Operators replenish the bag magazines while the machine performs the packaging cycle.
Stored product recipes automatically adjust the machine to the selected settings, simplifying changes between packaging formats. Its combined horizontal and vertical bag storage, servo driven mechanisms and three load cell weighing system support continuous production. Output reaches 800-900 bags/hour at 5 or 10 kg and 600-660 bags/hour at 25 kg.
