Automatic 25-50 kg woven bag packaging for rice and other free-flowing granules, combining stable bag support with automatic weighing and sewing.
The QZB-700M automates the packaging of rice, beans, corn, sugar and other free-flowing granular materials in 25-50 kg woven bags. Its specified output of 500-600 bags/hour suits large-bag packaging operations requiring automatic weighing, filling, sewing and discharge.
Dual bag magazines maintain the empty bag supply, while vacuum assisted opening and servo driven transfer position each bag for filling. The lifting conveyor and bag holding mechanism support filled bags through transfer to the sewing station. A three load cell weighing system, touchscreen diagnostics and safety interlocks support consistent operation. Laminated and non-laminated woven bags are subject to bag sample approval.

Automatic Bagging and Sewing
After operators replenish the empty bag magazines, the machine automatically feeds, opens and checks bags, weighs and fills the product, and conveys each bag through sewing.
Continuous Bag Supply
Two horizontal bag magazines switch automatically as bags are used, allowing operators to replenish the standby magazine during production.
Reliable Woven Bag Handling
Vacuum assisted opening and servo driven transfer position each bag for filling. Bags that fail to clamp or open correctly are automatically rejected.
Stable Three Load Cell Weighing
A weighing hopper supported by three load cells provides balanced load distribution and helps maintain stable measurements.
Large Bag Support and Transfer.
The bag holding mechanism carries the product weight during filling. An automatically lifting conveyor and shaping guide mechanism support transfer of 25-50 kg bags to sewing.
Touchscreen Control and Safety Interlocks
PLC control and touchscreen fault prompts support operation and troubleshooting. Interlocks stop the machine for low air pressure, thread breakage or an open safety door.
