A high-speed 0.5–5 kg vacuum shaping and heat-sealing system for rice, grains and other free-flowing granular products.
The BZD-1000S is designed for compact six-sided and pillow-style vacuum packs. After the operator places the empty bag, the machine performs weighing, filling, vacuum shaping, heat sealing, pack removal and pack orientation automatically. PLC control, servo motion and stored product recipes support fast format changeover across the stated 0.5–5 kg range.
