BZD-200Z Large-Bag Vacuum Packaging Machine
A semi-automatic 12.5–25 kg large-bag vacuum packaging system combining weighing, vibration shaping, vacuum extraction and heat sealing.
The BZD-200Z combines quantitative weighing, filling, vibration shaping, vacuum extraction and heat sealing in one semi-automatic system. It is designed for large PE bags and can be configured for six-sided block packs or two-sided shaped packs. The operator places the empty bag and arranges the bag mouth before vacuum sealing; the machine manages the controlled filling, shaping, vacuum and discharge sequence.

Flexible Package Shaping
Supports both six-sided block shaping and two-sided package shaping, using vibration to reduce voids and form a consistent finished pack.
Quick Mold Change
Quick-change mold structure allows fast format adjustment, with the source stating a mold change can be completed in approximately 3 minutes.
Touchscreen & PLC Recipe Control
Touchscreen and PLC control with stored product recipes enable convenient operation and rapid format changeover between packaging requirements.
Controlled Weighing & Feeding
Independent cylinder-driven feeding and quantitative weighing provide controlled dosing before the product is discharged into the bag.
Vacuum Sealing & Optional Outer-Bag Sewing
Vacuum extraction through a vacuum tube is followed by heat sealing, with optional woven outer-bag sewing available for secondary packaging.
Safety & Easy Troubleshooting
Fault self-diagnosis prompts support faster troubleshooting, while enclosed construction, safety interlocks, and protected weighing components improve operational protection.
